Model 3000

Description

This magnetizing/demagnetizing unit provides the latest technology in magnetizers, is CE compliant, and is cost efficient. This unit is a 3000VDC, high-energy, capacitive discharge magnetizer with a maximum energy level of 8,500 to 42,500 Joules. The unit is constructed in a NEMA 12 enclosure. The unit utilizes metal capacitors, which are rated at 107discharges. The unit is also equipped with many safety features such as electrical door interlocks, drain circuitry, mechanical interlock disconnect, thermal protectors, and an emergency stop button. The system conforms to OSHA requirements, NEC Standards, or is CE compliant.
